Are your exterminators licensed, bonded, and insured?
ANSWER | We are licensed through the South Carolina Department of Pesticide Regulation. We are bonded and insured.
How do you decide what treatments are needed?
ANSWER | Our Management Team and our Technicians receive training from the Department of Pesticide Regulation, the Clemson University Department of Entomology, the South Carolina Pest Control Association, as well as other sources. We use the knowledge that we gain from these sources, as well as from our experience, to make educated decisions regarding the treatment of pests.
Are your pest control treatments safe for people and pets?
ANSWER | With all pest control chemicals, the label is the law.
We require our technicians to read the label on the chemicals that they use to ensure that they are appropriately applied. We can treat pests in a manner that is appropriate for a given area.
Will you get rid of pests AND keep them from coming back?
ANSWER | We use Integrated Pest Management to control pests. With proper management by the customer and us, we can manage the pest population. For example, we can treat a yard to reduce the number of mosquitos in the area, however, we cannot perform a one-time treatment to eradicate all mosquitos. Often, our goal is to control a pest population, not eradicate the pest.
